Client Gulbenkian 2022

Superstar Pharaohs held between November 2022 and March 2023 at Gulbenkian, was an exhibition where one could discern the ultimate difference between Egyptology and Egyptomania. The reflective attitude towards the past, implicit in the Senwosret’s gazing, reminds us how the Ancient Egypt captured our imagination through five thousand years of History, from classical art to nowadays pop culture. Tasked with creating the identity for the exhibition, we were also commissioned to design the exhibition catalogue.
