Tankards and mugs are objects designed for life. These practical and functional containers have been present at the tables of the most notable social, economic and art history events that ever occurred. This book commissioned by Jorge Welsh focuses on Chinese export porcelain tankards and mugs dating from the 15th to the 19th century.

This book illustrates, beyond a pleasurable and social activity, how these wares would carry a considerable amount of creativity along with traces of historic events and characters designed in its decorations.

Our role in this editorial design project was to display the sheer creativity and diversity of the many shapes of Tankards & Mugs without the lost of any detail.
